Dairy products and eggs


Highly refined foods (like bleached flour, refined sugar)


All oils (olive oil, coconut oil, trans fat etc.) in any  state virgin or otherwise.


Processed oils such as cold pressed olive oil or coconut oil are lower in nutrients and higher in calories and fats. Despite what you have heard, eat the fibre filled, nutrient dense olives, rather than the olive oil.
